02

Tired of guessing your nutrients

A probiotic, an enzyme, a multivitamin, something for your stomach…

→ Belly Ally puts it all in one daily blend.

Taking a GLP-1 medication?

Made for adults who are eating less.

Belly Ally is for anyone whose meals have become smaller, including people taking GLP-1 medications. It doesn't act on your medication or your appetite: it helps you cover what smaller meals can leave out.*

See the science
  1. Smaller meals, fewer nutrients

Eating less food usually means taking in less of the vitamins and minerals it contains. Belly Ally adds B12, folate, B6, D3, zinc, iron and magnesium in one daily serving.*

  2. A gentler daily routine

When appetite and eating habits change, digestion notices. Ginger, peppermint, a spore-forming probiotic and digestive enzymes support everyday digestive comfort.*

  3. One bottle, not four

No separate multivitamin, probiotic and enzyme to juggle: two capsules with a meal, once a day.

Belly Ally is not a medication and not a substitute for any prescribed treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement.

The science

Why this formula exists.

When meals get smaller, the vitamins and minerals in them shrink too. In 2025 four US medical and nutrition societies published a joint advisory on nutrition during GLP-1 therapy, and independent researchers measured what people actually eat while taking these medications. Here is what they report, and where Belly Ally's nutrients fit in.

Belly Ally bottle surrounded by glass molecule shapes
16–39%lower energy intake reported with GLP-1 medications compared with placebo[1]
98.6%of GLP-1 users in a 2025 study fell below the recommended intake of vitamin D[2]
88.4%fell below the recommended intake of iron in the same study (89.9% for magnesium)[2]

The nutrients researchers watch, and what is in Belly Ally

NutrientWhy your body needs itPer serving% DV
Vitamin B12Named in the 2025 advisory[1]Helps form red blood cells and maintain the nervous system.*[3]525 mcg21875%
Vitamin D3Named in the 2025 advisory[1]Helps the body absorb calcium for normal bone formation.*[4]50 mcg250%
IronNamed in the 2025 advisory[1]Needed to make hemoglobin, the protein that carries oxygen in red blood cells.*[5]18 mg100%
MagnesiumNamed in the 2025 advisory[1]Helps maintain normal nerve and muscle function and aids energy production.*[6]200 mg48%
ZincNamed in the 2025 advisory[1]Needed for the body's immune system to work properly; plays a role in cell growth.*[7]20 mg182%
FolateHelps form red blood cells and produce DNA.*[8]400 mcg DFE100%
Vitamin B6Helps maintain normal nerve function and make hemoglobin.*[9]26 mg1500%

The advisory lists iron, magnesium, zinc and vitamins D and B12 among the nutrients of concern when energy intake drops, and notes that dietary supplements can be proactively considered for at-risk nutrients, tailored to each person's needs.[1]

Studies refer to the nutrients and situations described, not to Belly Ally. Belly Ally has not been evaluated in clinical studies. Talk to your doctor about your own nutritional needs.

Questions, answered.

How do I take Belly Ally?

Two capsules a day with 6–8 oz of water, ideally with a meal. One bottle of 60 capsules lasts 30 days. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Who is it for?

Adults who are changing the way they eat, for example eating smaller portions, following a new eating plan or simply eating less than before, and who want daily support for digestive comfort and their nutrient intake*.

Can I take Belly Ally with a GLP-1 medication?

Belly Ally is a dietary supplement, not a medication, and it is not a substitute for any prescribed treatment. If you take a GLP-1 medication or any other medicine, or have a medical condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist before adding a supplement.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every order is a one-time purchase. You are charged once and nothing renews automatically.

Why does it contain iron?

Each serving provides 18 mg of iron as a gentle bisglycinate chelate, 100% of the Daily Value. If your doctor has told you to avoid iron, Belly Ally is not for you. Keep it out of reach of children.

How fast is shipping?

Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days and delivered by USPS, usually 2–4 business days after dispatch, with tracking. Shipping is free.

Can I return it or get a refund?

All sales are final: we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or unopened products. If your parcel arrives damaged or wrong, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the box and the product as received (seal visible), and we send a replacement, free of charge. If USPS tracking still shows no delivery 10 days after the estimated date, write to us and we replace it. Full conditions in our Replacement Policy.
