Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (50 states and DC). We do not ship to P.O. boxes of the military (APO/FPO) or outside the United States at this time.

Cost and timing

  • Shipping is free on every order.
  • Orders are prepared by our fulfillment partner in the United States within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays) and delivered by USPS, usually 2-4 business days after dispatch. In total, most orders arrive within about one to two weeks.
  • You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package ships.

Problems with delivery

If your package arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, write to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the product as received. If USPS tracking shows no delivery 10 days after the estimated date, write to us within 30 days of that date. We send a free replacement, as described in our Replacement Policy. Please check that the shipping address you enter is correct: packages that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or that are not collected, can only be reshipped at your cost.
