Before you write

  • Where is my order? You receive a tracking link by email when your package ships. Please check your spam folder too.
  • Can I return it or get a refund? All sales are final: we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or unopened products. See our Replacement Policy.
  • My parcel arrived damaged or wrong. Within 48 hours of delivery, send your order number and photos of the box and the product as received: we replace it for free. My parcel never arrived: write to us if USPS tracking shows no delivery 10 days after the estimated date.
  • Is this a subscription? No. Every order is a one-time purchase.
